Dr. Geneva Greene
Chair & Visionary
Dr. Geneva Greene is a globally published scholar, award-winning professional, and accomplished entrepreneur whose career spans two decades in corporate leadership, community empowerment, and academic advancement. With early professional experiences at Upscale Magazine and CNN, Dr. Greene quickly distinguished herself in the field of strategic communications, then excelled in Communications and Human Resources at Lockheed Martin. In 2026, she founded Sprouts Consulting. As the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer, she delivers dynamic workshops and research-based consultations for local and global organizations. Transformation to Triumph aligns with her passions for people and community.

Dr. Carrie- Register Haley
Vice Chair & Chief Operations Officer
Dr. Carrie Register-Haley, PhD, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach, executive leadership coach, educator, author, and DEI strategist with 39 years of experience spanning the U.S. Army, federal government, and private sector. She is the Founder and CEO of Revelation of Investment Coaching (ROI Coaching), where she partners with leaders and organizations to cultivate value-driven, inclusive, and resilient leadership. A retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Three, Dr. Register-Haley offers deep insight into leadership under pressure, identity, and organizational change. She serves as a Facilitator and Coach with ADR Academy and has been a faculty member and coach with the Treasury Executive Institute. Dr. Register-Haley is also adjunct faculty at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, where she teaches and coaches executives. As an author, she wrote "Preparing for Your Boaz" and "The Best Investment Is Within One’s Self," and contributed to "Single Not Sorry." Deeply involved in community service, her work centers Black women’s leadership, healing, purpose, and legacy—empowering women to move from survival to self-defined success.


Faithe Dennis
Communications & Brand Chair
A creative director, brand strategist, and communications consultant with over fifteen years of experience, Faithe brings to T2T something that cannot be manufactured: a genuine gift for making people feel seen. She has spent her career building brand identities, leading communications campaigns, producing events, and creating the kind of visual environments where people can breathe, step forward, and finally feel like they belong in the room.
Faithe is a proud Atlanta native and Georgia Southern University alumna. She is currently serving as a freelance creative consultant whose clients have ranged from national beauty brands to community nonprofits across Atlanta.
Consuella Hopkins
Development & Fundraising Chair
Consuella Hopkins is a strategist, consultant, and community builder who operates at the intersection of leadership, systems, and transformation. With more than a decade of experience spanning government, nonprofit, and private-sector environments, she is known for helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity, clarify their value, and move with intention—especially during moments of change. Consuella Hopkins is a strategic growth architect, contracts and procurement leader, and the Founder & Principal Consultant of CH Consulting—an award‑winning firm that helps small and emerging organizations build the infrastructure, discipline, and strategy required to scale with confidence. With more than 15 years of experience guiding federal and commercial organizations through complex acquisitions, supplier governance, and multimillion‑dollar contract portfolios, she brings a rare blend of operational rigor, relationship intelligence, and visionary leadership.


Dr. Shay Harris-Pierre
Finance Chair
Dr. Shay Harris-Pierre, LPC, CFT, brings extensive expertise in family dynamics and financial therapy to guide families with shared wealth through the relational conflicts that naturally arise over time. With nearly 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Shay has helped individuals and families strengthen their relationships and effectively navigate conflict. She specializes in facilitating challenging conversations that preserve relational bonds and uphold family values, addressing issues such as apathy, entitlement, and emotional estrangement. She is the owner of a private counseling practice and a consulting firm, and serves as a Senior Consultant for family businesses navigating conflict. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. Additionally, she earned a Certificate in Family Business Leadership from Cornell University and holds licensure as a professional counselor and is a Certified Financial Therapist.
Mewelau Hall
Research Chair
Mewelau Hall, LCSW, LICSW, LCSW-C is a licensed clinical social worker, doctoral candidate, and community leader whose work centers Black women’s leadership, wellness, and professional sustainability. She is currently a PhD Candidate in the School of Social Work at Howard University, where her research explores the lived experiences of African American women navigating professional and institutional spaces, with particular attention to retention, workplace trauma, and systems of support. With over a decade of experience across clinical practice, program leadership, and systems-level coordination, Mewelau brings a multidisciplinary lens to her work. She has held senior leadership roles within behavioral health and social service organizations, overseeing complex programs, supervising interdisciplinary teams, and supporting workforce development initiatives. Her professional background includes expertise in forensic social work, trauma-informed care, and policy-aligned service delivery.
